Blackforest Bakery began with a simple dream and two passionate food lovers Tridip Saikia and Purabi Saikia. What started as conversations over good food soon transformed into a vision to create a bakery that would serve not just desserts, but memorable experiences.

     Our journey began humbly at Khaitan Plaza, Tinsukia, where we opened our first outlet with a commitment to quality, freshness, and handcrafted excellence. From day one, our focus was clear premium bakery products, a wide range of pastries, artisan bakes, and celebration cakes made with care and consistency.

     The love and trust of our customers in Tinsukia, and nearby regions including Dibrugarh, encouraged us to grow. In 2017, we proudly opened our second outlet. Today, Blackforest operates four thriving outlets, with plans to expand into other major cities.
