Order Placement & Delivery Time Slots:

1. Orders must be placed at least one day in advance for next-day delivery.

2. The cut-off time for next-day delivery is:

* 7:00 PM for the first delivery slot - will be delivered on next day in between 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

* 11:00 PM for the last delivery slot - will be delivered on next day in between 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM

2. Orders will be delivered anytime within the selected time slot. Due to third-party logistics, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

3. Customers who have specific time constraints may opt for self-pickup.

Surprise Orders & Contact Details:

1. If you are placing a surprise order for someone else, please provide a reachable contact number for our logistics team.

2. Apart from shipping-related communication, no additional information will be shared via calls or text messages.

Weather & Operational Delays:

1. Deliveries may be delayed due to unavoidable weather conditions or high-volume festive days.

2. In such cases, customers will be informed and kept updated regarding delays.
