Eligibility for COD

1. Cash on Delivery is available only to customers who purchase goods worth ₹5,000 or more per month from Black Forest.

Cancellation Terms

2. If any order placed using Cash on Delivery mode is cancelled by the customer, Black Forest reserves the right to disable Cash on Delivery access for that customer account.

3. Reinstatement of COD facility will be at the sole discretion of Black Forest management.

4. This policy applies to full or partial order cancellations made after the order is confirmed.

Note: Prepaid orders are not affected by COD cancellation restrictions.
